The Town of Los Gatos is configured of different zones depending on the intended use of the physical property. To learn more about a specific zone, please choose from the following options:

HR Zone:      Hillside Residential Zone

R-1 Zone:     Residential Zone

R-1D Zone:   Downtown Residential Zone

RD Zone:      Residential Duplex Zone

CM Zone:     Controlled Manufacturing Zone

O Zone:        Office Zone

RM Zone:     Multi-Family Residential Zone

C-1 Zone:     Neighborhood Commercial Zone

C-2 Zone:     Central Business District Commercial Zone

CH Zone:      Highway Commercial Zone

RC Zone:      Resource Conservation Zone

LM Zone:      Commercial-Industrial Zone
