If the project is chosen, we will schedule follow-ups to give updates on the project to the Los Gatos Youth Commission. We will submit a final evaluation report and budget statement at a scheduled meeting. We understand that no reimbursement of funds will be provided until a final report is made to the Youth Commission. We also understand that commission decisions are final. We have read this application and agree to the conditions stated above.

THE SELECTION PROCESS—The Los Gatos Youth Commission evaluates all applications based on the need and potential benefit of such a project to Los Gatos youth. The commission also decides how the money will be allocated and awarded.
The commission considers three factors in evaluating proposals: creativity, benefit to youth, and efficient use of funds. We look for applicants who have thought-out and cost-effective projects. Please give a concise but complete description of your project. (See attached sub-committee evaluation grid for proposed projects).
